You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and ensure that customers receive the support they need. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and driving renewals, contributing to the overall health of the business.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Vanta, you will lead all post-sales activities for upmarket customers in the West Region. You will be responsible for onboarding, implementation, and providing product expertise to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will involve managing a book of approximately 50 customers, ranging from 401 to 2000 employee accounts, and you will work closely with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.

You will guide customers through their security and compliance journeys, helping them understand and implement Vanta's specialized solutions. Your expertise in security best practices will be invaluable as you assist customers in achieving robust compliance outcomes. You will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
