Vanta is hiring a Customer Success Manager for their Mid Market team to guide customers through their security and compliance journeys. You'll leverage your customer-centric approach and product expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role is fully remote within the U.S.

Who you are

You have a strong customer-centric approach and are passionate about helping businesses achieve their security and compliance goals. You understand the importance of building trust and have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment. You are a proactive communicator who can effectively engage with customers and understand their needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from Vanta's solutions.

You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse portfolio of customers ranging from 401 to 2000 employees. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, will be key to driving renewal and expansion opportunities within your book of business. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on security best practices to provide the best guidance to your customers.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Vanta, you will lead all post-sales activities for your assigned customers, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied and successful in using Vanta's products, helping them navigate their security and compliance journeys. Your role will involve identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansions.

You will engage with customers regularly to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions and support to help them achieve robust security outcomes. You will also contribute to the overall success of Vanta by sharing customer feedback with internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience. Your expertise in Vanta's solutions and security best practices will be essential in helping customers maintain compliance with standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
