You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry — you understand the importance of customer satisfaction and retention, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with customers and understand their needs. You are adaptable and can manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are motivated by their success. You are comfortable working with early-stage startups and understand the unique challenges they face in security and compliance. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and drive engagement.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Vanta, you will serve as a key advisor to a diverse range of customers, guiding them through their security and compliance journeys. You will engage with customers through proactive outreach, meetings, and collaborative management of shared communication channels. Your mission is to ensure customer retention and satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. You will monitor customer health and work closely with the team to address any issues that arise. You will also gather feedback from customers to help improve Vanta's offerings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
