Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, ideally with a focus on strategic accounts. You thrive in ambiguity and have a knack for diagnosing systemic issues while defining strategies that lead to measurable customer outcomes. Your strong judgment and data-driven decision-making skills enable you to guide customers through complex compliance and risk landscapes effectively. You are passionate about building high-performing teams and have a track record of mentoring and developing talent. You understand the importance of creating a culture of accountability and customer obsession within your team.
Desirable
Experience in security or compliance is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 will be beneficial. You are comfortable influencing senior executives both internally and externally, and you possess excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate complex concepts clearly. You are resilient and can drive solutions without escalation, even in fast-moving environments.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Success, you will lead a team of experienced Customer Success Managers who support Vantaβs largest and most complex customers. You will be accountable for driving retention and long-term partnership value while building a high-performing team that operates with clarity and strategic focus. You will create clear operating rhythms, expectations, and success metrics that enable consistent performance and scalability. Your role will involve coaching your team, diagnosing issues early, and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and success.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring they derive maximum value from Vantaβs offerings. By applying your GRC fluency or learning agility, you will help customers navigate the complexities of compliance and risk management. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback informs product development and service enhancements.
