Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in managing renewals and customer relationships. Your ability to proactively engage with customers 60-90 days prior to renewal dates ensures that you understand their needs and secure contract renewals effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success Managers to address at-risk accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your experience navigating standard MSA contracts, including auto-renewal clauses and annual uplifts, equips you with the knowledge to accurately forecast renewal outcomes. You are detail-oriented, maintaining forecasting hygiene in Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Your strong communication skills allow you to conduct light discovery conversations that gauge customer health and satisfaction, helping you build and maintain strong relationships.
What you'll do
As a Renewal Specialist at Vanta, you will own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of 2-250 accounts, focusing on those with up to 10 employees. You will proactively reach out to customers, managing an average of 10-15 renewals per month while adapting to quarterly cycles. Your role will involve navigating contracts and ensuring a seamless renewal experience for customers.
You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify at-risk accounts and address customer concerns proactively. Your ability to accurately forecast renewal outcomes will be crucial in maintaining customer retention and driving revenue growth. You will also identify opportunities for expansion within your accounts, contributing to the overall success of the Account Management department.
