Who you are

You are a proven B2B SaaS seller with a track record of exceeding quota β€” you've successfully closed multi-stakeholder deals worth over $120k and have the technical credibility to engage with engineering and product leaders. You thrive in early-stage, high-autonomy environments, and you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with selling to developers. Your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear ROI makes you an invaluable asset to the sales team.

You possess strong communication skills and can effectively articulate Vapi's value proposition to both technical and business buyers. Your experience in managing full-cycle sales processes allows you to navigate the complexities of legal, security, and procurement discussions with ease. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a generational impact through voice technology.

Desirable

Experience selling to developers is a bonus, as it aligns with Vapi's mission to create a voice interface for every business. You are adaptable and eager to learn, ready to dive deep into the Vapi stack, including telephony and real-time streaming, to better serve your clients.

What you'll do

In your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in the full Vapi stack, learning how companies deploy production voice agents and understanding the technical aspects that drive customer success. By the 60-day mark, you will own the discovery process, lead live demos, and articulate the ROI of Vapi's solutions to potential clients. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to design pilots that meet customer needs.

As you progress to 90 days, you will take charge of running multi-stakeholder mid-market deals from start to finish. This includes managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial engagement to closing, ensuring that all legal, security, and procurement requirements are met. Your role will be pivotal in transforming founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable motion, contributing to Vapi's growth and success.
