You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industries β your experience includes nurturing client relationships and driving business growth. You understand the complexities of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, and you are adept at navigating these environments to deliver value to your clients.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
What you'll do
As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will represent the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions to selected Pharma and Biotech companies. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing existing relationships and expanding your accounts by identifying new business opportunities. You will oversee contract renewals and ensure that clients are consistently offered innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs.
You will collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client requirements, ensuring that Veeva's solutions are effectively implemented and utilized. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, contributing to the overall success of Veeva's mission in the life sciences industry.
