You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industries — your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You understand the complexities of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, and you are adept at navigating these environments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Your communication skills are exceptional — you can articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, making you a trusted advisor to your clients. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and achieve business objectives. You are results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth within your accounts.

What you'll do

As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will represent the Vault Development cloud and Quality Solutions for selected Pharma and Biotech companies. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand relationships within these accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge to identify potential clients and present innovative solutions that align with their needs.

You will oversee contract renewals, ensuring that clients continue to see value in their partnership with Veeva. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide them with the necessary support and resources. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer success and drive account growth.
