You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industries β your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You understand the complexities of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, and you are adept at navigating these environments to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success.
Your communication skills are exceptional β you can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, whether in written proposals or during face-to-face meetings. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies that benefit both the client and the company. You are results-oriented, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will represent the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions to selected Pharma and Biotech companies. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand relationships within these accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided. You will actively seek new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge to identify potential clients and present compelling solutions that meet their needs.
You will oversee the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring that clients continue to see value in their partnership with Veeva. This involves regular check-ins and performance reviews to discuss outcomes and gather feedback. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges and enhance their operational efficiency.
