You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the life sciences or SaaS industries — you understand the nuances of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in Pharma and Biotech companies. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with clients allows you to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive customer success.

You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced SaaS environment while maintaining a focus on delivering value to clients.

What you'll do

As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will represent the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions to selected Pharma and Biotech companies. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand relationships within these accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with our solutions. You will actively seek new business opportunities and oversee contract renewals, consistently offering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of your clients.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the solutions provided align with client expectations and industry standards. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their challenges and objectives, allowing you to position Veeva's offerings effectively. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions to identify growth opportunities within your accounts and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
