Overview

Veeva Systems is hiring a Sales and Account Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to Indian Pharma and CDMO companies. You'll assist clients with the Veeva Vault Life Sciences Industry Cloud Platform, focusing on quality solutions. This position is remote based out of Bengaluru.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales and account management, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industries. You understand the challenges faced by pharmaceutical companies and contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) and are eager to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be their go-to partner in navigating the complexities of the life sciences cloud platform.

You are a proactive communicator, capable of articulating the value of Veeva's solutions to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies that drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with Indian Pharma and CDMO companies, understanding their unique challenges and providing them with the right solutions through the Veeva Vault Life Sciences Industry Cloud Platform. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help clients leverage Veeva's offerings to enhance their operations and bring therapies to patients faster.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to your clients. This includes coordinating with product specialists and technical teams to address any issues and ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with client goals.
