You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industry. Your experience includes nurturing client relationships and driving business growth, demonstrating your ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, ensuring that you provide innovative solutions that meet client expectations.

What you'll do

As the Account Partner for Veeva R&D and Quality, you will represent the Veeva Development Cloud and Quality Cloud Solutions to selected Pharma and Biotech companies in the DACH region. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing and expanding relationships within your accounts, winning new business, and overseeing contract renewals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support.

You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each client and providing them with innovative solutions that enhance their operations. This involves conducting regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and proactively addressing any concerns that may arise. You will also play a key role in identifying upsell opportunities and driving additional revenue for the company.

In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge to educate clients about Veeva's offerings and how they can benefit from them. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with client goals and market demands. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients will be essential in fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to Veeva's mission of transforming the life sciences industry.
