You understand the complexities of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, and you are adept at navigating their unique challenges. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. You are results-oriented, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction, and you are committed to doing the right thing for your clients and your organization. Your ability to think strategically and act tactically enables you to identify opportunities for account expansion and renewal.
What you'll do
As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will represent the Vault Development cloud and Quality Solutions to selected Pharma and Biotech companies. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing and expanding relationships within these accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided. You will be tasked with winning new business and overseeing contract renewals, consistently offering innovative solutions that align with client goals.
You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that address the specific needs of your clients, leveraging your understanding of the life sciences industry to provide insights and recommendations. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that Veeva remains a trusted partner in their development processes.
