Overview

Veeva Systems is hiring a Sales and Account Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to Indian Pharma and CDMO companies. You'll assist them with solutions through Veeva Vault Life Sciences Industry Cloud Platform. This role is remote and based out of Ahmadabad.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of the life sciences industry and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing cloud platform. You are a trusted partner and advisor, capable of understanding the challenges faced by Indian Pharma and CDMO companies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to customer success, aligning with Veeva's core values.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex solutions to clients. You are adaptable and can work flexibly, whether from home or in the office, to meet the needs of your clients and your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions using the Veeva Vault Life Sciences Industry Cloud Platform. You will focus particularly on the Quality domain, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them navigate the complexities of the life sciences industry.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends and Veeva's offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients. You will play a key role in driving customer success and satisfaction, contributing to Veeva's mission of transforming the life sciences industry.
