Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the life sciences sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Pharma and Biotech companies, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

You are results-driven and have a proven track record of winning new business and overseeing account renewals. Your ability to offer innovative solutions and understand customer needs sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.

What you'll do

As the Account Partner for Veeva R&D and Quality, you will represent Veeva Development Cloud and Quality Cloud Solutions to selected Pharma and Biotech companies in the DACH region. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand relationships within these accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied and see the value in our solutions.

You will actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to identify potential clients. Overseeing renewals will also be a key part of your role, ensuring that existing clients continue to see the benefits of our offerings.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of your clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand the nuances of the life sciences industry will be crucial in this role.
