Veeva Systems is hiring a Senior Account Partner to lead sales and account management efforts for Vault Quality Cloud in defined Pharma accounts. You have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales or consultative selling, demonstrating a strong understanding of the life sciences industry, particularly in quality and manufacturing domains. Your background has equipped you with the skills to manage relationships at all levels, including C-level executives, and you thrive on being a trusted advisor to your clients.
You are passionate about making market changes with innovative technology and have a proven track record of leading sales and account management efforts. Your ability to understand customer vision and strategy allows you to align Veeva’s solutions effectively, helping clients transition from traditional methods to more innovative approaches.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with various stakeholders and facilitate discussions that drive change. Your consultative approach ensures that you not only meet but exceed customer expectations, fostering long-term partnerships.
Desirable
Experience in the life sciences sector is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles. A background in quality management systems or manufacturing processes will further enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In your role as an Account Partner, you will lead the sales and account management efforts for Vault Quality Cloud within defined Pharma accounts. You will be responsible for managing relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring that Veeva’s solutions are aligned with their business strategies. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients innovate and improve their processes.
You will collaborate closely with Veeva’s strategy, solution consulting, and services teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
