Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management or business development, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industry. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is paramount, and you understand the importance of being a strategic partner to help them succeed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on customers and the industry.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Your experience in navigating the intricacies of large biotech companies will enable you to identify their needs and tailor your approach accordingly. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve your strategies and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience with Veeva's Quality Cloud Solutions or similar products would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with the life sciences industry and its regulatory environment will help you navigate client conversations more effectively. A background in sales or account management within a SaaS context will also be beneficial, as will any experience working with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
As the Account Partner for Veeva LIMS, you will play a crucial role in representing our Quality Cloud Solutions to selected large biotech companies across Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to win new business within key accounts, leveraging your expertise to position Veeva as a trusted partner in their journey towards operational excellence.
You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, ensuring that our solutions align with their needs. By fostering strong relationships, you will act as a strategic partner, guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring their success with our products.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our offerings. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Veeva solutions that can further enhance client operations.
Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as the satisfaction and success of your clients. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, using this knowledge to inform your strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
