You understand the importance of customer success and have a proven track record of building strategic partnerships. Desirable
Experience working with biotech companies or knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) would be advantageous. Familiarity with cloud solutions and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles will set you apart. You are adaptable and open to learning about new technologies and market trends.
What you'll do
As the Account Partner for Veeva LIMS, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new business within key accounts across Europe. You will act as a strategic partner to your customers, focusing on their success and ensuring they derive maximum value from Veeva's Quality Cloud Solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and drive adoption of our products. You will engage in regular communication with clients to understand their challenges and provide insights that help them achieve their goals.
You will also be tasked with developing and executing account strategies that align with Veeva's mission and values. This includes conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and leveraging your network to build relationships with decision-makers in the biotech sector.
