You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industries — your experience includes nurturing client relationships and driving business growth. You understand the complexities of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, and you are adept at navigating their unique challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can contribute to team success.
You are results-driven and possess a strong business acumen — you can identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and are skilled at developing strategies to capitalize on them. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess client needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals. You are passionate about customer success and are committed to delivering value to your clients.
What you'll do
As the Account Partner for Veeva R&D and Quality, you will represent the Veeva Development Cloud and Quality Cloud Solutions to selected Pharma and Biotech companies in the DACH region. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand relationships within these accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with our solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for winning new business and overseeing contract renewals, ensuring that Veeva remains a trusted partner for our clients. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide insights into how Veeva's solutions can help them achieve their objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
