What you'll do

As a Consultant - Nitro Services, you will be a key member of the Professional Services team, engaging with customers from the implementation phase through to ongoing operational support. You will participate in the design and configuration of Veeva Nitro, ensuring that clients can leverage the full capabilities of the commercial data warehouse. Your role will involve guiding customers through the entire lifecycle of customer engagement, providing insights and support to help them achieve their business objectives.

You will also be responsible for delivering post-go-live managed services, ensuring that clients continue to receive value from their investment in Veeva Nitro. Your technical skills in data warehousing will be essential as you troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product and improve customer satisfaction.
