You have a strong background in consulting or sales engineering, with experience in the life sciences industry. Your ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into compelling solution demonstrations sets you apart. You possess excellent presentation and communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams to drive customer success. Your consultative approach to problem-solving enables you to address client questions and concerns with confidence. You are adaptable and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, ensuring that you meet the needs of both the customer and your team.
Desirable
Experience with Veeva applications or similar SaaS solutions is a plus. Familiarity with the life sciences industry and its regulatory requirements will enhance your ability to connect with clients. What you'll do
As a Solution Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, preparing and delivering tailored presentations that showcase the Veeva Quality suite of applications. You will conduct product demonstrations and lead in-depth technical discussions to highlight how Veeva’s solutions address specific pain points for clients.
Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing demonstration environments to ensure they meet the unique needs of each customer. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that support Veeva's growth in new industries, leveraging your understanding of customer challenges to drive engagement.
You will also be responsible for articulating complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with clients, ensuring they understand the value of Veeva's solutions. Your ability to address client questions and concerns will be crucial in building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
