You are proactive and eager to help customers maximize the value of their Veeva solutions, ensuring they achieve their business goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively convey complex information and best practices to diverse stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and capable of tracking necessary feature enhancements related to regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Veeva, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers utilizing Veeva Safety. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to understand their success criteria and guiding them in adopting best practices. Your role will involve fostering strong customer relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving solution adoption. You will collaborate with the Product Manager team to gather product feedback from customers and track necessary feature enhancements related to Korean regulatory requirements. This position requires you to travel to customer sites as needed within Korea, ensuring that you are present to support customers in their journey with Veeva Safety.
