You have a strong background in consulting or sales engineering, ideally within the life sciences or SaaS industries. Your ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into compelling solution demonstrations is key to your success. You possess excellent presentation and communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Your consultative approach to problem-solving drives you to find the best solutions for clients.
Desirable
Experience in the life sciences industry or familiarity with Veeva's applications would be a plus. A passion for technology and its application in improving business outcomes is essential. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work style.
What you'll do
As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and challenges. You will prepare and deliver tailored presentations that showcase how Veeva's applications can address specific pain points. Conducting product demonstrations and leading in-depth technical discussions will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also be responsible for configuring and customizing demonstration environments to ensure they meet client expectations.
