You have a strong background in consultative sales, ideally within the life sciences or MedTech industry — you understand the unique challenges and needs of healthcare companies and can effectively communicate how software solutions can address them. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively — whether in one-on-one discussions or larger presentations, you can engage diverse audiences and build trust with stakeholders. You are adept at navigating objections and providing solutions that resonate with clients.

You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments — working alongside Market Strategists and Account Partners, you contribute to a cohesive sales strategy that prioritizes customer success. Your ability to work cross-functionally ensures that you can leverage the strengths of your colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

What you'll do

As a Solution Consultant on the MedTech team, you will play a critical role in the sales process by providing product expertise during customer engagements — you will conduct consultative discussions, product demonstrations, and conference room pilots to showcase how Veeva's solutions can meet the specific needs of clients. Your ability to tailor presentations to address customer pain points will be key to your success.
