Who you are

You have experience in a consultative role, ideally within the life sciences or MedTech industry, where you've engaged with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively is one of your strengths, allowing you to build trust with customers and stakeholders alike.

You are adept at demonstrating software solutions and guiding clients through the sales process, addressing any objections or concerns that may arise. Your background in SaaS or technology sales equips you with the knowledge to articulate the value of products and services effectively.

What you'll do

As a Solution Consultant at Veeva, you will work closely with the sales team to support Market Strategists and Account Partners by providing product and process expertise. You will conduct consultative discussions and demonstrations, showcasing how Veeva's software can meet the specific needs of each customer. Your role will involve tailoring presentations and events to highlight the benefits of our solutions, ensuring that potential clients understand how our offerings can help them achieve their goals.

You will also be responsible for addressing any objections or issues that arise during the sales cycle, leveraging your expertise to guide customers toward a successful outcome.
