Who you are

You have extensive experience in solution consulting, particularly within the data cloud domain, and a proven track record of driving customer engagement and adoption of complex data solutions. Your consultative approach allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions you provide. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration to foster strong relationships with your team and clients.

You possess a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and the challenges faced by biopharma companies, enabling you to tailor solutions that meet their unique needs. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table. You are committed to customer success and understand the importance of aligning product offerings with client expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead pre-sales engagements for Veeva Data Cloud, working closely with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness and highlight product differentiation, ensuring that clients see the value in our offerings. Your feedback from customer interactions will be crucial in shaping the product roadmap and informing feature releases, making you a key player in our commercial strategy.

You will also be responsible for developing targeted strategies for customer engagement, including call planning and field execution.
