Who you are

You have a strong background in data solutions and consulting, ideally with experience in the life sciences industry. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs is complemented by your technical expertise in data management and cloud solutions. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration to drive customer success.

You are intellectually curious and excited about bringing new products to market. Your consultative approach allows you to build brand awareness and highlight product differentiators effectively. You understand the importance of customer feedback and are committed to using it to inform product development and strategy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Veeva Data Cloud through pre-sales engagements. You will work directly with customers to assess their data needs and guide them through the adoption process. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with clients, conducting data assessments, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

You will play a key role in the commercial strategy for Data Cloud, providing insights from customer interactions to inform product roadmaps. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in this position. You will also support field execution and call planning to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
