Who you are

You have a strong background in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns across various channels. Your analytical mindset allows you to test, analyze, and optimize campaigns effectively, ensuring that you meet acquisition targets while reducing costs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to work in the fintech space, where innovation is key.

You possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product, partnerships, and design. Your creativity shines through as you identify and deliver innovative opportunities to maximize the effectiveness of paid channels. You are data-driven, using insights to iterate on campaigns and improve performance continuously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and manage the paid campaign strategy for Venn, focusing on achieving acquisition targets and reducing customer acquisition costs. You will run growth experiments across new or emerging channels to uncover additional scalable acquisition paths. Your responsibilities will include owning the operations, optimization, and execution across all paid channels, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta, delivering against pipeline creation and ROI goals.

You will test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a per-channel basis to improve performance and efficiency. Collaborating with product, partnerships, design, and other cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that growth initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the overall strategy. You will also be responsible for identifying and delivering innovation opportunities, bringing fresh creative thinking to maximize paid channel effectiveness.
