What you'll do

As a Lead Product Designer at Verkada, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from ideation to final implementation. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define product vision and create user interface designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will lead brainstorming sessions and design critiques, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flourish. Your role will involve creating prototypes and interaction models to test and validate design concepts with users. You will also be responsible for developing product strategies that align with customer needs and the company's vision, ensuring that the design solutions you create are not only innovative but also practical and effective. You will mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
