What you'll do

As a Project Architect, you will partner with the Global Services Manager and Territory Account Executives to service large and strategic customers within the Verkada footprint. You will be the subject matter authority on Verkada products, guiding customers through technical issues and providing expert-level configuration and training. Your role will involve managing post-sales deployment projects, ensuring that all technical aspects are executed flawlessly.

You will interface directly with customers and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with technical issues, providing training, and ensuring that deployments are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
