Vestwell is seeking a Service Communications & Enablement Specialist to enhance post-sales operations and service teams. You'll be responsible for creating clear and actionable communications for various audiences. This role requires strong communication skills and an understanding of complex product information.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in service communications, ideally with experience in the financial technology sector. You excel at taking complex product and operational information and distilling it into clear, concise messaging that resonates with both external audiences and internal teams. Your attention to detail ensures that all service-led communications are accurate and reflect the operational realities of the platform. You are comfortable writing for diverse audiences, including plan sponsors, advisors, savers, and payroll providers. You understand the importance of clarity in communication and are committed to ensuring that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
Desirable
Experience in a fintech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with retirement plans and savings accounts. You may have a background in customer support or operations, which gives you insight into the needs and challenges faced by service teams. A knack for simplifying complex information and a passion for helping others understand the products and services offered will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support all post-sales operational and service teams by ensuring that communications are clear and actionable. You will be accountable for the accuracy and clarity of all service-led communications once a plan exits the sales cycle. This involves collaborating with various teams to gather necessary information and translating it into user-friendly formats. You will also play a key role in developing training materials and resources that empower service teams to effectively communicate with clients.
