Vestwell is hiring a Business Development Associate to drive new business through financial advisors. You'll manage the full sales cycle in your territory to promote Vestwell's growth in the financial advisor marketplace. This role requires experience in financial services sales.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in financial services sales, ideally with experience in business development. You are comfortable with smart business development activities, including frequent phone calls and emails, and you excel at value proposition formatting and positioning. Your ability to work with channel partners and manage constituent databases is essential for success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for qualifying prospects and closing sales effectively.
You understand the importance of building relationships with financial advisors and are skilled at identifying and converting new business opportunities. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue growth objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving ambitious targets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage the full sales cycle within your assigned territory, focusing on promoting Vestwell's innovative financial technology solutions to financial advisors. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to them through calls and emails, and presenting Vestwell's value proposition in a compelling manner.
