Who you are
You have extensive experience in business development, particularly in identifying growth opportunities and forming strategic partnerships. Your ability to build and maintain business networks is exceptional, and you understand the nuances of working in international markets, especially in Brazil. You are skilled in improving relationships with partners through top-quality service delivery and representation.
You possess strong leadership qualities, having guided teams in previous roles, and you are adept at collaborating with various internal stakeholders, including IT, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and compliance. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop actionable plans based on market intelligence and conditions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
What you'll do
As the Director of Brazilian Markets, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within Brazilian markets. You will form strategic partnerships to enhance the company's presence and drive profitability. Your role will involve coordinating with the Brazil Business Solutions team and Viamericas commercial teams to grow existing relationships and develop new ones.
You will negotiate improved terms with partners in the assigned territories, ensuring that the company meets its established KPR4 goals, including growth, profitability, and market share. Gathering market intelligence and developing action plans will be key components of your responsibilities, as will coordinating the implementation of these plans with various internal departments.
