What you'll do
As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vibe, you will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical skill sets. You will take ownership of sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment on what great looks like for each technical role. Your role will involve crafting job descriptions that attract the right candidates and utilizing various platforms to connect with potential hires. You will also manage the interview process, ensuring candidates have a thoughtful and engaging experience throughout.
You will be instrumental in shaping the company's recruiting strategies and will work closely with the leadership team to align hiring priorities with business goals. Your insights will help drive the company's growth as you identify and attract the talent that will contribute to Vibe's success.
What we offer
Vibe offers a competitive base salary starting at $120,000, with flexibility based on experience and skill set. You will also be eligible for bonuses and enjoy benefits such as vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and unlimited PTO to recharge and reset. The company promotes a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work from their office in NYC's Flatiron District while also having the option to work remotely.
