Who you are
You are a licensed Registered Dietitian with a strong background in providing nutrition counseling and education. You have experience in virtual care settings and are passionate about helping individuals improve their health and wellness outcomes. You understand the importance of evidence-based treatment and are committed to supporting patients in managing obesity and related conditions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with patients and provide personalized care. You are knowledgeable about the latest nutrition science and are skilled in creating tailored nutrition plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. You are also familiar with HIPAA regulations and understand the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality.
What you'll do
As a Registered Dietitian at Vida Health, you will be responsible for delivering virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education. You will work closely with patients to provide nutrition counseling and support them in making lasting behavior changes. Your role will involve assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized meal plans, and educating them on healthy eating habits.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including Obesity Medicine-Certified Physicians and Licensed Therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. You will utilize advanced technology to track patient progress and provide ongoing support, helping them achieve their health goals.
