OneOncology is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver oncology care and support clinical research initiatives. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team in Nashville, TN. This role requires 1-2 years of APP experience, preferably in Hematology/Oncology.

Who you are
You are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in Hematology/Oncology. You possess the necessary board certifications as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and have a strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Your background includes working closely with patients across various stages of their cancer journey, and you are familiar with the complexities of clinical trial participation and Phase I drug development.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with cancer and related disorders. Your ability to communicate effectively with both patients and team members is essential, as you will be supporting research initiatives that advance innovative treatment options. You are dedicated to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in oncology care.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver high-quality oncology care to patients, ensuring they receive the support they need throughout their treatment journey. You will assess and manage patients, providing comprehensive care that addresses their physical and emotional needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
You will also play a key role in supporting clinical research initiatives, assisting with the management of clinical trials, and contributing to the development of new treatment protocols. Your expertise will be invaluable in educating patients about their treatment options and the importance of participating in clinical research.
