You have a strong background in managing HRIS systems, particularly Workday, with experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring system efficiency. Your expertise includes managing integrations with systems like Okta, Greenhouse, and Carta, allowing you to streamline processes across People Operations, Payroll, and Talent Management. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace culture that empowers employees to bring their whole selves to work.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail, which enables you to troubleshoot and configure Workday modules effectively. Your ability to create and modify business processes, reports, and integrations ensures that the HRIS meets the evolving needs of the organization. You understand the importance of data integrity and compliance in HR systems, and you are committed to maintaining high standards in these areas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Workday system, ensuring it functions efficiently for various HR processes.
