You are a relationship-driven individual with a passion for engaging prospects and guiding them through product trials. You understand the importance of building trust and educating potential customers about the value of a product before initiating traditional sales conversations. Your ability to communicate effectively across various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and community events, sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and drive product adoption. You are eager to contribute to a product-led growth strategy and help shape the future of intelligent sales.
What you'll do
In this role, you will engage prospects across multiple channels to guide them into product trials through thoughtful, human interaction. You will act as a trusted guide, helping prospects understand use cases, value, and outcomes rather than pushing immediate sales conversations. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Demand teams to align messaging, offers, and calls-to-action that resonate with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include nurturing leads, educating prospects about the product, and ensuring a smooth transition into product trials. You will also track engagement signals and use them to inform your outreach strategies, ensuring that you are meeting the needs of your prospects effectively.
What we offer
Vivun offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 – $80,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation. The actual compensation will depend on various factors, including your qualifications, relevant experience, and education. Additionally, this position is eligible for equity, providing you with a stake in the company's success. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to changing how people work, collaborate, and succeed together.
