Who you are

You have 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, ideally within the tech or software industry. You are skilled in lead generation and have a strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting and qualification. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with marketing and sales teams to establish effective lead generation strategies.

You are comfortable using various tools for outreach, including email, social media, and phone calls. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with potential clients and set appointments for Account Executives. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple leads and opportunities efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through various channels, including outbound email, social media, and calling. You will assist the sales team in reaching out to inbound leads and setting meetings. Your role will involve qualifying leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) to ensure that the sales team focuses on the most promising prospects.

You will also manage and track all activities, leads, and opportunities in the company's CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams will be key as you work together to establish and test lead generation strategies that drive results. Your contributions will play a critical role in supporting the global sales team and generating new meetings to help grow the business.
