Vonage is hiring a Strategic Sales Manager for their Network API solutions to drive revenue growth and deal acceleration. You'll work closely with core account teams and act as a subject-matter expert. This role requires strong sales acumen and strategic thinking.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in driving revenue growth and deal acceleration. Your experience includes working with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and you excel at shaping commercial strategies that align with business unit targets. You are adept at co-selling alongside core account teams and have a strong understanding of solution-led selling.
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively coach and enable sales teams on use-case selling and customer value propositions. Your ability to identify and prioritize high-value use cases and lighthouse customers is a key strength, allowing you to drive incremental pipeline creation and deal progression.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a dedicated overlay revenue quota aligned to strategic business unit targets. You will drive incremental pipeline creation and deal progression through joint selling with core sales teams. Your responsibilities will include leading the commercial strategy for complex deals, including pricing, packaging, and value articulation. You will partner with core Account Executives and Regional Sales Leaders to embed business unit solutions into active sales motions.
You will act as the subject-matter expert for the Network Powered Solution, ensuring that the right opportunities are pursued and positioned effectively. Your role will involve coaching and enabling sales teams on the differentiation of NWPS solutions and articulating the business outcomes they deliver. You will work collaboratively with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure a unified approach to sales.
