Who you are

You have 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally with a background in SaaS or PaaS vendors. You have a proven track record of acquiring new business and can effectively communicate with executives and C-level stakeholders in mid-sized to enterprise companies. Your ability to present key customer challenges and advocate for clients within Workato demonstrates your strong customer-centric approach. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset, coupled with excellent logical thinking and analytical skills. You excel in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively, even in high-pressure situations. Your strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment drive your passion for creating impact. You are fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and communication skills to engage with multilingual stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Manager at Workato, you will lead strategic sales efforts to drive growth and expand our customer base. You will engage with potential clients, presenting the value of our AI-powered platform and how it can streamline their operations. Your role will involve building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and tailoring solutions that address their challenges. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success, acting as a liaison between clients and Workato.
