You have a strong background in sales strategy and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand how to leverage data to drive business decisions and improve sales processes. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and insights that can enhance sales performance. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve common goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager at Verkada, you will play a crucial role in shaping the sales strategy for the JAPAC region. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics, ensuring that the sales organization operates efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to enhance sales performance, and collaborating with various teams to implement these strategies.
