What you'll do

In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for various gaming studios, proactively sourcing and engaging candidates for open positions related to gaming roles such as C#, Game Artist, and Studio Director. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop role specifications and sourcing strategies, ensuring that you understand the specific needs of each team. Conducting intake meetings will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you gather insights on the talent landscape and develop effective recruitment plans.

You will maintain a strong candidate pipeline, engaging with potential hires and guiding them through the interview process. Your expertise will help you prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are well-informed about the company and the roles they are applying for. You will also be responsible for closing candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
