Who you are
You hold a master's degree and have a strong background in business, particularly in consumer products or gaming. Your analytical skills are excellent, allowing you to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions. You possess great interpersonal skills and are open to feedback, which helps you build strong relationships with local studios. Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is essential for effective communication in the SEA market. You also have a passion outside of work, whether it be in art, crafts, or music, which adds to your creative approach in the gaming industry.
What you'll do
As a Publishing Manager at Voodoo, you will create a robust local network of studios and represent Voodoo in the Southeast Asian market. You will partner with top local studios to manage games throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to scaling. Your role will involve working exclusively with 15 studios on ideation, prototypes, and iterations, ensuring that each game meets the high standards expected by Voodoo. You will own multiple game launches and their product roadmaps each quarter, along with managing the games' P&L. Your contributions will be vital in supporting both internal and external studios in creating and launching hybrid-casual hits, making you a key player in Voodoo's success in the gaming industry.
