You have a proven track record of building meaningful B2C mobile applications — your passion for creating authentic user experiences drives your work. With a hyper-analytical mindset, you obsess over product metrics and rigorously test your hypotheses to make data-driven decisions. You possess the ability to quickly prototype ideas while also articulating a long-term product vision that aligns with user needs and business goals. Your intuitive understanding of UI and UX principles allows you to contribute effectively to design discussions. You are fluent in both French and English, enabling you to communicate seamlessly within an international team. Your basic design skills in Figma enhance your ability to collaborate with designers and contribute to the visual aspects of product development.

Desirable

Experience in social media or community-driven applications would be a plus, as would familiarity with analytics tools that help track user engagement and product performance. A background in agile methodologies can also be beneficial, as it aligns with the fast-paced nature of product development at BeReal.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at BeReal, you will partner with a small team of engineers and designers to conceptualize, build, test, and scale new high-impact features. You will combine analytics and user research to identify user motivations and drive ideation for product improvements. Your role will involve contributing to high-level strategic decisions and defining both short and long-term product roadmaps. You will take ownership of key metrics, continuously assessing and improving them to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that product development aligns with the overall vision of fostering genuine connections through social media. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
