What you'll do

As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Waymo, you will spearhead the development of machine learning infrastructure that powers our ride-hailing services. You will lead a team of engineers in designing algorithms for rider-vehicle matching, dynamic pricing, and demand forecasting. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our ML models are effectively integrated into the Waymo platform. You will oversee the deployment of models into production, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably at scale. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring model performance and implementing improvements based on real-world data.
