What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Ride-Hailing Operations and be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive market strategy for Waymo's autonomous driving technology. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and vision for commercialization. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
You will lead efforts to scale operations and ensure that the deployment of the Waymo Driver is executed efficiently and effectively. This includes overseeing component sourcing, customer management, and the orchestration of operations to create value for Waymo. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with engineering and product teams to ensure that the technology meets market needs and customer expectations. You will also engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and community organizations, to promote Waymo's mission and ensure compliance with local regulations.
What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $201,000—$217,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
