What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with various teams to develop and refine requirements for the Waymo Driver, ensuring that all aspects of safety and performance are met. You will gather and analyze data to inform system design decisions, helping to shape the future of autonomous driving. Your responsibilities will include creating documentation that supports system designs and decisions, as well as participating in testing and validation processes to ensure high performance standards.

What we offer

You will have the opportunity to participate in Waymo's discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentive plan, along with a generous benefits program. The salary range for this position is between $158,000 and $200,000 USD, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and contributions to our mission.
