Your familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets allows you to conduct basic analysis and reporting effectively. You are also adept at drafting proposals and preparing presentations for senior stakeholders, showcasing your ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support Business Development Directors with day-to-day account coordination, ensuring excellent customer care and contributing to customer satisfaction metrics across legal and financial services clients. You will research potential clients and market trends, gathering insights to support account strategies. Your responsibilities will include assisting in preparing presentations and materials for senior stakeholders and decision-makers, as well as drafting proposals with support from the Customer Success team.
You will help maintain account plans, reports, and documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Participating in prospecting activities will be a key part of your role, as you build early-stage client relationships. You will also maintain accurate data in Salesforce, including forecasts, opportunities, and activity tracking, which is crucial for effective account management. Additionally, you will assist in preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, collaborating with global colleagues to understand value propositions and service offerings.
