Who you are
You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in translation and quality assurance. Your expertise in reviewing and refining content ensures that machine-translated materials are accurate and natural. You have a keen eye for detail and are adept at identifying systemic quality issues in translations. Your ability to provide high-level qualitative feedback contributes significantly to continuous improvement efforts.
You understand the nuances of the Indonesian language and culture, allowing you to assess translations effectively. You are familiar with customer service content and can ensure that it aligns with project guidelines. Your experience in conducting quality reviews helps maintain high standards across batches of content.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency. You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards. Your responsibilities include identifying recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies in machine-translated materials. You will provide qualitative feedback that directly contributes to final quality reporting and ongoing improvement efforts.
You will collaborate with other language professionals and project managers to ensure that the content meets the required standards. Your insights will help shape the quality assurance process and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be part of an ongoing project focused on refining Indonesian customer service content, making your contributions vital to the project's success.
